AUTOMATIC ELECTRIC WALL SWITCH ASSEMBLY MACHINE – Custom-Made
Involves 5 vibratory bowl feeders of different bowl sizes according to the parts’ sizes. The parts orientated and fed into the main assembly unit automatically.
The main tasks carried out at rotary index table and parts correctly assembled. Then final assembled part feeds out. A control panel with large screen for easy intervention of operator. The machine units closed with windows for security.
